William Blake

Hey guys,
In my opinion, William Blake was a very intelligent and religious man.  These poems made me take a long hard look at the world that we live in now, compared to the world when he was alive.  These poems have a very deep meaning.  I had to read them several times and mediate in order to try to understand what he was getting at.  I'm still not sure about all of them, but I think I may know what he was meaning in a couple of them.  If you take a step back and look outside the box, these poems have just as much meaning in our society today as did back then.  All I can say is these poems are awesome.

Mother

This image represents myself as a person. I am a mother of three wonderful boys ages 20, 17 and 6 and a grandmother of an awesome 8 month old grandson.  I would not trade these "jobs" for anything in the world.  My boys are my life.  I waited until late in my life to go to college so that I would not miss watching my children grow up.  The best part of being a mother is watching them grow and succeed in everything that they do.
